5. Identifying student motivation: Conversation with Brendan Lee (Assistant Principal/Teacher)
Student motivation is complex and many teachers infer levels of motivation through observation, but what other strategies/approaches can a teacher use to better understand the drivers of behaviour? In this episode, Dr Shyam Barr and Rory McCaughey have a conversation with Brendan Lee, Assistant Principal/Teacher (NSW Department of Education) about how to identify student motivation and the importance of connections in fostering a culture of high motivation.
All the above and more in less than 20 minutes! :)
