3. What is self-efficacy?
In this episode, Dr Shyam Barr and Rory McCaughey explore the concept of self-efficacy. You may have heard of the term self-efficacy being thrown around in schools, but do you truly understand what it is? More importantly, there are strategies that can be used to improve one's self-efficacy and such strategies can be taught to students.
